If you’re coming from the Midpoint Bridge from Fort Myers, we’re only a few blocks north on Del Prado.
We are located on the north end of the Coral Pointe Shopping Center, right next to Ross Dress for Less and Staples. Publix Grocery Store is on the south end of the building. We have plenty of parking. We recommend arriving early to enjoy our complimentary beverages, chocolates and massage chairs before your appointment.

During regular business hours our friendly in house concierge team will answer your calls. After hours, and during holidays, we employ a professional receptionist service to answer calls and book appointments.
Whether you call or book online, we’ll need some basic information from you: your first name, last name, date of birth, phone number and email.
You will need to consent to our cancellation/no show policy and enter your credit card information. You card won’t be charged when you book an appointment, it will only be used if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hour notice, or no show your appointment per our cancellation/no show policy.
We require a credit card on file for our cancellation/no show policy.
As a courtesy we email and text you appointment reminders, add us to your contacts list and make sure to opt in for text messages to receive reminders. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hour notice, or no show your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee. Dermal filler, kybella, PDO threads, and all appointments longer than one hour will be charged a $100 cancellation/no show fee.
If you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

We would love for you to bring your friends! If your friend joins, you’ll earn a $50 referral credit. Let your husband know he doesn’t have to wait in the car, he’ll love our heated massage chairs so much, he’ll want you to visit more often! Children are also welcome, but we ask if they are using electronics in our waiting room they must use ear buds or a headset to avoid disturbing other members. For some appointments, like facials or laser services we ask that you leave your children at home for their safety and your sanity.
No, we do not accept health insurance. Insurance companies classify our treatments as aesthetic and refuse reimbursement. You may be able to pay for some of your treatments with HSA or FSA funds if the treatment meests certain criteria. Items like acne treatments and SPF are HSA eligible.

We are snowbird friendly! If you’re thinking of joining come see us and we can help you decide if a membership will be right for you. We have many snowbird members.
We allow our snowbirds to freeze their membership once every 6 months for a maximum of 6 months. There is a $29 one time fee to freeze your membership. There is no fee to reactivate your membership when you return. If you’re not a snowbird, but travel frequently we recommend our, Gold or Platinum memberships- with these memberships your treatments bank so if you miss a month or two, you can apply the value to your next treatment. Plus you get free gifts and treatments as a Gold or Platinum member.
Yes, we allow members in good standing to freeze their membership once every 12 months for a maximum of 6 months. There is a one time fee of $29 to freeze your membership. If your freeze is for medical reasons, you can provide a physician’s letter with the reason and you will not be charged the $29 fee.

We recommend that if you’re thinking of cancelling to freeze your membership first. You can freeze your membership on once every 12 months for a maximum of 6 months. There is a $29 one time fee to freeze your account. There is no fee to reactivate your frozen membership. If you cancel and rejoin in the future you will have to pay the initiation fee again.

Members who have signed a membership contract for a specific time cannot cancel their membership and must abide by the terms of their contract.
Our Club membership does not include treatments or services. It offers you great savings on ALL your aesthetic and wellness treatments and services. If you’re currently receiving Botox 3-4 times per year, and one syringe of filler or other services like chemical peels, IPL, laser skin treatments or microneedling you would save on our Club plan.
Our Tox Club, Gold, Platinum, Acne, Unlimited Laser Hair, Fit Club and Hormone Therapy Memberships do include treatments. Visit our memberships page for more detailed information on eachmembership.
Your unlimited treatment membership includes unlimited body areas. The Skin Spot Laser Club does not guarantee a specific number of treatments during the term of your membership.

It’s your responsibility to make it to your appointments. We schedule your next appointment at every visit and offer convenient evening and weekend hours. As a courtesy we email and text you appointment reminders, add us to your contacts list and make sure to opt in for text messages to receive reminders. Your first no show/no call we will charge you $50 and allow you to reschedule if there are available appointments, the second time you will forfeit your monthly session. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will also be charged $50 according to our cancellation policy.
Lasers need regular service and repair to ensure they are working properly. We try to schedule service in advance, but to ensure your treatments are safe and effective we may cancel or reschedule your appointment at short notice. There are no refunds on laser hair removal memberships. If you miss your monthly treatment due to laser service, we will add the missed session as a complimentary session to the end of your membership.
