MICHAEL TICHY, CRNA, APRN

Owner/Lead Injector

Michael is our lead injector and a Mayo Clinic-trained, board-certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with over 25 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University and a Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Known for his calm, friendly, patient, and gentle approach, Michael takes the time to answer questions and understand clients’ goals, ensuring a comfortable, personalized experience.

Michael struggled with painful seborrheic dermatitis for 20 years until he found the right skincare routine, making him especially empathetic to his clients’ skincare journeys. He holds certifications in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), PDO Threads, neurotoxin injections, fillers, CO2 laser, and laser hair removal.

Originally from Minnesota, Michael and his wife Emily have been Cape Coral residents since 2006. Michael’s favorite treatment is the CO2 laser for its ability to erase deep lines, wrinkles, and scars, restoring a youthful appearance. He loves pairing this treatment with Plated Intense, which utilizes the latest exosome technology to enhance skin renewal and maximize results. EMILY TICHY

Owner/Esthetician/Certified Medical Electrologist/Medical Assistant

Emily is a licensed esthetician, certified acne expert, electrologist and laser tech and holds a bachelor of science degree in mass communication and speech communication from St. Cloud State University. Emily was a pharmaceutical representative for 16 years and understands clinical studies and data. Her previous experience has been valuable in examining the latest treatments and skincare products to determine which will deliver the best results for our members. Emily struggled with acne as a teen and melasma as an adult. Emily’s experience with hyperpigmentation opened her eyes to the importance of diet, medical skincare products and wellness. Emily uses her knowedgeledge of all our treatments and skincare products to train our staff and create custom treatment plans for our members. Emily’s favorite skincare products are Revision C+ Correcting Complex 30% and Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser.

Jennifer

Esthetician/Certified Medical Electrologist

Jennifer is a licensed esthetician, certified acne expert, electrologist, and laser technician. While living in Colorado, Jennifer sought after treatments to help with previous scarring. She discovered how specific laser treatments were able to help her achieve her goals. Once she saw the benefits of both laser and medical grade skincare, she fell in love. Jennifer wanted to learn more so she could help others look and feel their best. Jennifer’s favorite treatment is a photofractional treatment. This combines two treatments to help skin tone and texture by using intense pulsed light and ResurFX laser in one session. Jennifer has tried many medical grade skincare lines and her favorite skincare products are Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser and Revision C+ Correcting Complex because both products help reveal a brilliant glow and more even skin tone.

 

PAULA

Esthetician/Medical Assistant

Paula is our lead esthetician and certified acne expert. Paula moved to Cape Coral from Omaha, NE. This is her second career; she was a lead quality assurance engineer for Centurylink for 31 years. Paula struggled with melasma and hyperpigmentation as an adult. She tried many expensive products and treatments without results. It wasn’t until she became an esthetician and learned more about skin and skincare ingredients that she experienced brighter, clear skin. As a certified acne expert, Paula enjoys helping our clients with acne get and stay clear with the right treatments and skincare products. Paula’s two favorite products for hyperpigmentation are Revision C+ Correcting Complex 30% and Vi Derm Skin Lightening Complex with 4% Hydroquinone.

 

TORI

Esthetician/Medical Assistant

Tori is a licensed esthetician, certified acne expert and medical assistant. Tori also has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. She’s originally from Ludlow, a small town in Western Massachusetts. After years of struggling to clear her own skin, Tori moved to Florida to pursue her passion aesthetics and begin a career in skincare. She loves to perform treatments and create individualized skincare regimens for her clients that help look and feel their best! Tori’s favorite treatments are acne facials, VI Peel, and Hydrafacial. Her favorite products are SkinBetter Clearing Serum and Face Reality Skincare for achieving clear, glowing, healthy skin. 

 

ANABELIS

Concierge/Medical Assistant

Anabelis is a member of our friendly concierge team. She’s a graduate of Mariner High School and she’s completing her second year of college at FSW. Anabelis has always had a passion medical aesthetics, she plans to attend the nursing program at FSW and eventually go on to become a nurse practitioner and future injector. Anabelis is fluent in Spanish and English, both of her parents immigrated from Cuba before she was born. She loves helping our Spanish only speaking members. Prior to joining our team, she struggled with acne. Today she’s clear with the help of our estheticians and her personalized Face Reality regimen. Her favorite products are Face Reality Ultra Gentle Cleaner and Sulfur Spot Treatment for stubborn acne. 

 

Gabby

Concierge

Gabby was born and raised in Florida and graduated from high school locally in Lee County. She began her career in customer service, where she discovered her passion for helping people and making their lives easier. Wanting to take her skills further, she set her sights on boosting others’ confidence through health and wellness. This led her to pursue her dream of advancing her career in medical aesthetics and becoming certified as a medical assistant. She loves making guests feel welcomed and extra special during their visits. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is able to connect with a diverse range of clients.

 

Evin

Esthetician, Electrologist, and Laser Technician

Evin is a licensed esthetician, electrologist, and laser technician who relocated from Illinois to Florida in 2023. Her interest in esthetics began during her teenage years when she struggled with acne and found herself navigating the complexities of skincare products. During her time at Gulf Coast Academy she was introduced to different forms of hair removal. As a woman dealing with the annoyance of constant shaving, laser hair removal peaked her interest. Evin’s education journey and discoveries sparked her passion for helping others achieve their skincare and hair goals. She enjoys empowering clients with effective, long-lasting solutions that simplify their beauty routines. Evin has seen significant results from her favorite treatment: laser hair removal with the GentleMax Pro Plus machine. Her current favorite product is the Face Reality Ultra Gentle Gel Cleanser which has helped control and clear her breakouts. 

JAILYN

Creative Team

Jailyn brings her creative expertise to Skin Spot Laser Club, where she supports the marketing and branding efforts with a keen eye for design and strategy. A proud graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Digital Arts and Sciences and a minor in Retail, Jailyn combines her four years of advertising experience with a passion for crafting engaging social media campaigns and impactful marketing materials.

Her personal journey with acne has fueled her dedication to promoting acne-safe skincare, making her an enthusiastic contributor to projects like Florida Babe Skincare. Her favorite project? Developing the packaging for Florida Babe, a collaboration that perfectly aligned her creative talents with our commitment to clean beauty. Jailyn’s must-have product is Florida Babe’s Peel Pads, which have helped her achieve glowing, even skin.
