Our Mission
We struggled with skin issues for years until we found the right treatments and skincare products for our skin. Many of the treatments recommended to us were expensive and only made our skin worse! We know how frustrating, confusing and expensive it can be when you're struggling with your skin.
We’ve taken our experience and created The Skin Spot Laser Club, where we make it easy for you to achieve your skincare goals. Our treatments and products are clinically tested and proven to give you amazing results. We believe that skin health is directly related to your overall health, so we also recommend the right supplements, vitamins and nutraceuticals to support skin health and your overall wellbeing.
Michael Tichy, CRNA, APRN
Owner
Michael is our lead injector and a Mayo Clinic trained board-certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with over 25 years of experience. Michael has a bachelors of science degree from Winona State University and a masters degree in nurse anesthesia from Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. He specializes in using injectables to enhance your natural beauty and restore youthfulness. Clients love Michael’s calm, friendly, patient and gentle approach. He takes the time to answer your questions and listen to your concerns. Michael struggled with painful seborrheic dermatitis for 20 years until he found the right skin care routine. Michael has certifications in BHRT, PDO Threads, neurotoxin injections, fillers, CO2 laser and laser hair removal. Michael and Emily are from MN and have been residents of Cape Coral since 2006. Michael’s favorite treatments are dermal filler injections, he loves how dermal fillers can create beautiful facial symmetry and/or restore lost volume from aging. Michael’s favorite skincare products are Revision Revox Line Relaxer, Revision DEJ Face Cream and Neocutis Lumiere Firm Illuminating Eye Cream.
Emily Tichy
Owner/Esthetician/Certified Medical Electrologist/Medical Assistant
Emily is a licensed esthetician, certified acne expert, electrologist and laser tech and holds a bachelor of science degree in mass communication and speech communication from St. Cloud State University. Emily was a pharmaceutical representative for 16 years and understands clinical studies and data. Her previous experience has been valuable in examining the latest treatments and skincare products to determine which will deliver the best results for our members. Emily struggled with acne as a teen and melasma as an adult. Emily’s experience with hyperpigmentation opened her eyes to the importance of diet, medical skincare products and wellness. Emily uses her knowledge of all our treatments and skincare products to train our staff and create custom treatment plans for our members. Emily’s favorite skincare products are Revision C+ Correcting Complex 30% and Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser.
Katie Rhinehart
Physician Assistant
Katie is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). Katie earned her bachelors of science degree from Clemson University and furthered her studies at Nova Southeastern University where she earned a second bachelors of science degree in physician assistant studies as well as her masters degree in medical science. After graduation, she spent 12 years working for a neurosurgical practice assisting with complex spine and brain surgeries. During that time she perfected her surgical skills and developed an astute attention to detail. Katie has certifications in PDO threads, neurotoxin injections, fillers and CO2 laser and laser hair removal. Katies’s favorite treatments are Botox injections, because they take years off in one easy treatment! Her favorite skincare products are Florida Babe Everyday SPF and Revision Revox Line Relaxer.
Stefany Rodriguez
Nurse Practitioner
Stefany is a board certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Stefany earned her bachelor's in science of nursing (BSN) from Nova Southeastern University. After graduating with her BSN she spent 3 years working in a multidisciplinary surgical facility alongside occuloplastic surgeons where she assisted in preoperative, postoperative and operating room modalities. Stefany furthered her education and earned her Master's of Science in Nursing degree (MSN) at Miami Regional University. Stefany's favorite treatments are dermal fillers and laser hair removal. Stefany loves dermal fillers because when performed correctly they can enhance your natural beauty. Stefany highly recommends our laser hair removal, she was a laser hair member at Skin Spot Laser Club prior to joining our team. Stefany is fluent in English and Spanish.
Jackie Paul
Registered Nurse
Jackie is a licensed Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience. She’s a Cape Coral native and graduated from Edison Community College and Mariner High School. Jackie began her nursing career in the operating room and eventually became the clinical director and administrator of a busy Cape Coral surgery center. She has 15 years of experience in cosmetic/plastic surgery with 3 of them managing a Ft. Myers plastic surgery office. Jackie performs our IV Therapy, IM injections, assists with our Bio-identical Hormone Therapy (BHRT) and Medical Weight Loss Plan. Jackie’s favorite treatment is BHRT, she loves how it brings back your youth, energy, vitality, mental focus, cures hot flashes and increases libido! Jackie’s favorite skincare products are Revision C+ Correcting Complex 30% and Florida Babe Everyday SPF.
Jennifer Bower
Esthetician/Certified Medical Electrologist
Jennifer is a licensed esthetician, certified acne expert, electrologist, and laser technician. While living in Colorado, Jennifer sought after treatments to help with previous scarring. She discovered how specific laser treatments were able to help her achieve her goals. Once she saw the benefits of both laser and medical grade skincare, she fell in love. Jennifer wanted to learn more so she could help others look and feel their best. Jennifer's favorite treatment is a photofractional treatment. This combines two treatments to help skin tone and texture by using intense pulsed light and ResurFX laser in one session. Jennifer has tried many medical grade skincare lines and her favorite skincare products are Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser and Revision C+ Correcting Complex because it helps reveal a brilliant glow and a more even skin tone.
Paula Pirruccello
Esthetician/Medical Assistant
Paula is our lead esthetician and certified acne expert. Paula moved to Cape Coral from Omaha, NE. This is her second career; she was a lead quality assurance engineer for Centurylink for 31 years. Paula struggled with melasma and hyperpigmentation as an adult. She tried many expensive products and treatments without results. It wasn’t until she became an esthetician and learned more about skin and skincare ingredients that she experienced brighter, clear skin. As a certified acne expert, Paula enjoys helping our clients with acne get and stay clear with the right treatments and skincare products. Paula’s two favorite products for hyperpigmentation are Revision C+ Correcting Complex 30% and Vi Derm Skin Lightening Complex with 4% Hydroquinone.
Jenna Wallschlaeger
Esthetician/Certified Medical Electrologist
Jenna is a licensed esthetician, certified acne expert, electrologist, and laser technician. Jenna is from Gowanda, a small town outside of Buffalo, NY. She moved to Florida 3 years ago to pursue a career in skincare and fell in love with laser skin treatments. Jenna enjoys being able to help her clients look and feel more youthful. She loves being able to give our members amazing results that boost their skin and body confidence. Her favorite treatments are IPL and laser hair removal. Jenna’s favorite products are Revision Intellishade TruPhysical SPF and Revision Foaming Gentle Cleanser because it’s gentle for all skin types but cleanses deeply and removes all your makeup.
Hannah Ferrell
Certified Medical Electrologist
Hannah is a licensed electrologist, laser technician and medical assistant. Prior to joining the Skin Spot Laser Club, Hannah worked in the dental field as a dental assistant in her hometown of Ockochobee. She enjoyed the medical atmosphere of a dental clinic, but decided to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. She moved to Labelle 4 years ago where she now raises 2 beautiful boys. Hannah enjoys helping our members gain back their confidence by achieving their hair removal and skin goals. Her favorite treatments are Laser Hair Removal and Lip Filler. Hannah’s favorite products are SkinBetter Trio Rebalancing Moisture Treatment and Revision Youthfull Lip Replenisher because they provide the perfect peptides and moisture to leave skin plump and glowing.
Tori Bernardo
Esthetician/Medical Assistant
Tori is a licensed esthetician, certified acne expert and medical assistant. Tori also has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. She’s originally from Ludlow, a small town in Western Massachusetts. After years of struggling to clear her own skin, Tori moved to Florida to pursue her passion aesthetics and begin a career in skincare. She loves to perform treatments and create individualized skincare regimens for her clients that help look and feel their best! Tori’s favorite treatments are acne facials, VI Peel, and Hydrafacial. Her favorite products are SkinBetter Clearing Serum and Face Reality Skincare for achieving clear, glowing, healthy skin.
Nicole Mora
Esthetician/Medical Assistant
Nicole is a licensed esthetician, certified acne expert and medical assistant. Nicole moved to the US from from Venezuela 5 years ago and she is fluent in Spanish and English. She began her aesthetics career as a lash artist, but during cosmetology school she discovered a passion for facial treatments. She loves helping our members look and feel more confident. Her favorite treatments are Skinpen Microneedling and VI peels. Nicole’s favorite products are Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser and Alto Defense Serum from SkinBetter.
Kailina Rolon
Concierge/Administrative Assistant
Kailina is the newest member of our concierge team. She was born in New Jersey but raised in Argentina making her fluent in both English and Spanish. Both her parents immigrated from Argentina and Paraguay before she was born. She enjoys helping our Spanish speaking members. Kailina has previous experience in the medical field as an administrative assistant in plastic surgery offices. She has always had a passion for aesthetics and is excited to have joined our team.
Anabelis Ortiz
Concierge/Medical Assistant
Anabelis is a member of our friendly concierge team. She’s a graduate of Mariner High School and she’s completing her second year of college at FSW. Anabelis has always had a passion medical aesthetics, she plans to attend the nursing program at FSW and eventually go on to become a nurse practioner and future injector. Anabelis is fluent in Spanish and English, both of her parents immigrated from Cuba before she was born. She loves helping our Spanish only speaking members. Prior to joining our team, she struggled with acne. Today she’s clear with the help of our estheticians and her personalized Face Reality regimen. Her favorite products are Face Reality Ultra Gentle Cleaner and Sulfur Spot Treatment for stubborn acne.
VAnessA VAldivas
Concierge/Desk Team
Vanessa is the newest member of our concierge team. She is a licensed cosmetologist and is fluent in English and Spanish. Vanessa began her aesthetics career as a patient service representative at a busy cosmetic and dermatology clinic where she learned about common skin conditions. She enjoyed interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds and was inspired to pursue a career in esthetic cosmetology. Her favorite treatments are Skinpen microneedling and VI Peels. Vanessa’s favorite products are Face Reality Mandelic Serum and Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser.
