  • We are located on the north end of the Coral Pointe Shopping Center, right next to Ross. We have plenty of parking.

  • Yes we do! We offer Cherry and Care Credit. If you credit score is 700 or higher you can usually qualify for 12 months no interest financing with Cherry.

  • No, you don’t have to be a member to enjoy our services, you can simply pay the non member price.

    Our memberships are designed to save you money and help you get amazing results. We realize that one or two aesthetic treatments per year won’t help you achieve your skin and body goals. You need consistent treatments, combined with the products and wellness services to get the best results.

  • We are snowbird friendly! If you’re thinking of joining come see us and we can help you decide if a membership will be right for you. We have many snowbird members.

    We allow our snowbirds to put their membership on hold once every 6 months for a maximum of 6 months. There is a $29 one time fee to place your account on hold. There is no fee to reactivate your membership when you return.

  • Yes, we allow members in good standing to place their account on hold once every 12 months for a maximum of 6 months. There is a one time fee of $29 to place your membership on hold. If your hold is for medical reasons, you can provide a physician’s letter with the reason and you will not be charged the $29 fee.

  • Our Club and Wellness memberships have no commitment. You can cancel anytime. Simply provide us a 30 day written notice and you won’t be charged again. You can email cancellations to cancel@skinspotlaserclub.com, we will reply within 3-5 business days that we have received your request.

    We recommend that if you’re thinking of cancelling to put your membership on hold first. You can put your membership on hold once every 12 months for a maximum of 6 months. There is a $29 one time fee to place your account on hold. There is no fee to reactivate your membership if it is on hold. If you cancel and rejoin in the future you will have to pay the initiation fee again.

    Members who have signed a membership contract for a specific time cannot cancel their membership and must abide by the terms of their contract.

  • Our Club membership does not include treatments or services. It offers you great savings on ALL your aesthetic and wellness treatments and services. If you’re currently receiving Botox 3-4 times per year, and one syringe of filler or other services like chemical peels, IPL, laser skin treatments or microneedling you would save on our Club plan.

    Our Wellness membership includes unlimited salt therapy visits and our Club membership.

    Our Gold, Platinum, Acne, Unlimited Laser Hair, Fit Club and Hormone Therapy Memberships do include treatments. For more details give us a call (239) 846-7546.

  • Gold and Platinum memberships are a 6 month commitment. Your monthly treatments can accrue and may be used later provided you remain an active member. Active members may gift a treatment once every six months. Any unused accrued treatments will expire and are forfeited if not used within 60 days of membership cancellation. Ask one of our friendly staff members for help choosing the membership that works best for you.

  • Your unlimited treatment membership includes unlimited body areas. The Skin Spot Laser Club does not guarantee a specific number of treatments during the term of the membership.

    You will visit us once per month for treatment. On your first visit (Month 1) we will treat all the body areas you request as long as they can be treated.

    At your next visit, (Month 2), exactly 4 weeks after your first treatment, we will treat hormonal areas (face, lip, chin, underarms, breasts, bikini or brazilian).

    The next visit (Month 3) we will treat your entire body again.

    Month 4, we will treat your hormonal areas.

    This same pattern will continue until your one year is completed.

    Hormonal areas :Facial Hair, Underarm Hair, Bikini Line & Brazilian Hair Removal: Approximately every four to six weeks

    Non-hormonal areas: Arm Hair, Leg Hair, Torso (Back/Stomach/Chest) Hair Removal: Approximately every eight-12 weeks

  • It’s your responsibility to make it to your appointments. We schedule your next appointment at every visit and offer convenient evening and weekend hours. As a courtesy we email and text you appointment reminders, add us to your contacts list and make sure to opt in for text messages to receive reminders. Your first no show/no call we will charge you $50 and allow you to reschedule if there are available appointments, the second time you will forfeit your monthly session. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will also be charged $50 according to our cancellation policy.

    Lasers need regular service and repair to ensure they are working properly. We try to schedule service in advance, but to ensure your treatments are effective and safe we may cancel or reschedule your appointment at short notice. There are no refunds on laser hair removal memberships. If you miss your monthly treatment due to laser service, we add the missed session as a complimentary session to the end of your membership.

  • Our memberships offer the best service, the best treatments and the best results.

    Our pricing and membership terms are very clear when you sign up. There are no refunds for membership payments. Club membership payments do not include treatments, they offer you exclusive savings on all your treatments. Please make sure you understand all membership terms before you sign your membership contract. Our friendly staff is happy to answer all of your questions before you join.

It is very important for you to keep your scheduled appointments and arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us 24 hour notice.

    You may cancel or reschedule online or call us at (239) 846-7546 during business hours. You can access your scheduled appointments anytime from your patient portal online. Do not use IG, FB, text or email to cancel appointments.

If you have a treatment outcome that is not what you expected, please make an appointment to come in and discuss your options.

    Refunds: Unopened product may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Opened product causing an allergic reaction maybe exchanged. A gift card may be provided in place of a cash or credit refund.

    The Skin Spot Florida requires payment prior to treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, your refund will be determined upon review of your case.

    We do not bill insurance for services as our services are typically elective.

    Your medical chart may be used to collect a debt.

    We require a drivers license or government form of ID to confirm your identity. We confirm your identity to reduce medical errors and reduce fraud. This benefits all our clients by reducing costs.

    Failure to pay for services rendered can and will likely result in discharge as a patient from The Skin Spot Laser Club.
